PA teen, 13, charged with homicide after stabbing woman to death in Wilkes-Barre
Wilkes-Barre, PA — Authorities say a 13-year-old girl is being charged as an adult with homicide after stabbing a woman to death inside a home in Pennsylvania on Friday.
Police say they were called to the scene around noon for a report of an unresponsive woman who was not breathing.
When they arrived, they found the 44-year-old victim with multiple stab wounds to her neck, back and heavy blood flowing from her head.

Winter weather brings tough decisions on school delays, cancellations
JOHNSTOWN - Children are often excited when they hear that school has been delayed or canceled.
