Former Huntingdon postal worker sentenced to probation in mail theft case

Huntingdon Co., PA (WJAC) — Federal authorities say a former Huntingdon County postal worker has been sentenced after pleading guilty to mail theft. Officials say Adam Fouse appeared in court this week where he was sentenced to one year of probation, which includes 30 days of house arrest. Authorities say Fouse was accused of stealing gift cards and other mail while working as postal service employee. Investigators say Fouse then allegedly used the stolen money and items to fund his gambling addiction

New owners of Indian Lake Marina offer more activities for public

CENTRAL CITY -- The Indian Lake Marina in Somerset County is under new ownership. It's a private lake available to hundreds of residents who live along the shore. And those in charge are now offering more activities for local residents. Some say Indian Lake has been a hidden gem since the early '60s. It's a 5-mile-long, 500 acre horseshoe shaped lake. "Never been a day here that hasn't been exciting in one way or another,” co-owner Ed Warshel said.

Senior football player with disability at Greater Johnstown scores touchdown Friday night

Johnstown, Pa. (WJAC) — One player on the Greater Johnstown football team with a disability scored his first touchdown Friday night. Yasir Robinson (also known as "YaYa") is a senior who had a stroke around the time of his birth. Although, that didn't stop him from scoring a touchdown and a two point conversion. "It was good. I didn't expect that to happen. I'm just happy I had that touchdown," Yasir said.

Five weeks after Woods and Nike announced their relationship had ended after 27 years, the 48-year-old Woods said it was “the right time in my life” to develop his own brand in an expanded partnership with TaylorMade Golf.

Man's body recovered at Raystown Lake

HUNTINGDON COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — UPDATE: State police in Huntingdon County say they have found the body of a man who went underwater at Raystown Lake and did not resurface. Troopers say the 20-year-old victim and his friends were swimming across a channel of water toward a small island at the lake. The man went under water while trying to swim back to shore and didn't resurface. Search teams found the man's body several hours after the search began at around 1 p.

Student killed, 23 hurt in Ohio school bus crash

GERMAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKEF) — One student was killed and nearly two dozen others were injured in a school bus crash Tuesday morning in Clark County, Ohio.
